Limited Edition Prints + Original Artworks
Limited edition prints come signed and numbered by me. Unless otherwise stated, original artwork will ship unframed. Prints are packed inside a plastic slip and a rigid envelope to prevent damage. Unless stated otherwise in product description, all prints will be mailed via USPS for both U.S. and international orders.
Unless stated otherwise in the product description, all jewelry items are one of a kind (OOAK). Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. To discuss repairs, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
If you need repairs for your jewelry after prolonged use, please email me. Please include pictures to determine if jewelry can be repaired. All shipping costs will be responsibility of the buyer.
Payment & Shipping
Credit cards and Apple Pay are accepted (processed with Stripe). If you would like to make a purchase from a country not supported by Stripe, please inquire via email to make payment arrangements. Items will ship after payment has been received. All orders placed in the state of California are subject to sales tax.
Currently, all orders are shipped with USPS in efforts to keep the cost to a minimum. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you purchased an item with the wrong address, please contact promptly via email to make corrections. I cannot be responsible for items damaged during shipping. Rush shipping is currently not available. For international orders, buyer is responsible for all duties and custom charges. For questions, please contact via email.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Items shall be shipped 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Domestic orders can take 1-7 days to arrive. International orders can take two weeks or longer to arrive. All items will be mailed via USPS for both U.S. and international orders. If you have any questions, please contact me via email email@example.com. If you need me to ship with a different courier, please contact me before placing an order.
If you’d like to create a payment plan for a particular item, please email me firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss terms. A down payment will be required and remainder payments must be met on the terms agreed upon. If the payment plan is not followed by the buyer, a refund will be issued and the item will be made available for sale.
Damaged + Lost Orders
If you receive your order damaged, please email me as soon as possible and include photos of the damage. Depending on the circumstances, I can either repair, replace the item or issue a refund. If your order is lost during shipping, please email me and I will do my best to track it down. If your order cannot be found, I can replace the item or issue store credit.
Returns are not accepted unless you have received the wrong item or your item gets damaged during shipping. Returns will be reviewed and granted on a case-by case basis. Please email me at email@example.com
